Declaration of Ownership

All brand names, wordmarks, logos, artwork, product designs, concepts, ideas, photographs, images, written content, music, lyrics, characters, and every other creative work associated with HumanLayerAI, RockForge, and NOCFERA— including, without limitation, the “ROCKFORGE by Blair” designs, the official RockForge.io brand logo (the “RockForge.io” wordmark with the slogan “Forge the Future. Rock the World.” over the rockstar-with-Fender-Stratocaster-and-neon-circuitry artwork, personally designed by Blair), the RockForge.io slogan “Forge the Future. Rock the World.”, the “HumanLayerAI by Blair” designs, the NOCFERA artist identity, the NOCFERA album and all its songs, lyrics, compositions, and artwork — are original works of authorship conceived, created by, and solely and exclusively owned by Blair, founder and sole owner of HumanLayerAI LLC. These brands and all associated assets are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Scope of Protected Property

The exclusive ownership of Blair / HumanLayerAI LLC extends to, but is not limited to, all of the following:

• Brand names, trade names, and wordmarks (HumanLayerAI, RockForge, Nocfera).
• Logos, icons, color treatments, and visual identity systems.
• Product designs, apparel graphics, mockups, and merchandise artwork.
• Original images, photographs, illustrations, and AI-generated visual assets.
• Concepts, ideas, taglines, slogans, copy, and written content.
• Music, lyrics, compositions, recordings, and the Nocfera artist persona.
• Software, app design, user experience, and page layouts on this site.

Authenticity

This website and its connected stores are the only official, authorized sources for HumanLayerAI, RockForge, and Nocfera merchandise, music, and content. Any other party using the “HumanLayerAI,” “RockForge,” or “Nocfera” names, logos, designs, images, or ideas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Blair or HumanLayerAI LLC.

HumanLayerAI™, RockForge™, Nocfera™, ROCKFORGE by Blair™, and HumanLayerAI by Blair™ are trademarks of HumanLayerAI LLC. All artwork, designs, images, music, lyrics, written content, and other creative works are © 2026 HumanLayerAI LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, distribution, sale, or use of these brands, marks, ideas, images, or designs — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Reporting Infringement

To report unauthorized use, counterfeit products, or brand infringement, contact humanlayerai.ops@gmail.com. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.

RE: CEASE AND DESIST — Unauthorized Use of the "RockForge" and/or "HumanLayerAI" Brands

Dear [Name or "Sir/Madam"],

I am the founder and sole owner of HumanLayerAI LLC and the original creator and owner of the brands, names, logos, artwork, and designs known as "HumanLayerAI" and "RockForge," including the "ROCKFORGE by Blair" designs (collectively, the "Brands").

It has come to my attention that you are using the Brands — or names, logos, designs, or marks that are confusingly similar to them — in connection with [describe the infringing use: e.g., merchandise, a store, social media account, website at URL, product listings, etc.] (the "Infringing Activity").

I did not authorize, license, endorse, or consent to your use of the Brands in any form. Your Infringing Activity is likely to cause consumer confusion, falsely suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by me and HumanLayerAI LLC, and infringes my rights in the Brands and associated original works.

I therefore DEMAND that you immediately, and no later than [10] days from the date of this letter:

1. CEASE AND DESIST all use of the "HumanLayerAI" and "RockForge" names, logos, designs, and any confusingly similar marks;
2. REMOVE all infringing content, listings, products, posts, and pages from all platforms, websites, stores, and marketplaces;
3. DESTROY or permanently discontinue any inventory, products, or materials bearing the Brands;
4. CONFIRM IN WRITING to humanlayerai.ops@gmail.com that you have complied with the above demands.

This letter is sent without prejudice to any of my rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved. If you fail to comply within the stated period, I am prepared to pursue all available legal remedies, which may include injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of costs and attorneys' fees.

Nothing in this letter constitutes a complete statement of the facts or law and does not waive any rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
